Sark Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. manufactures and supplies knitted fabrics, garments and job-work services, mostly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. Many orders are made or processed to the buyer’s specification, so returns and refunds are handled as set out below.
1. Quality Complaints
- Please inspect goods as soon as you receive them. Any complaint about quality, shade, GSM, width or quantity must be reported in writing (email or WhatsApp) within 7 days of delivery, with photos, roll numbers and the invoice number.
- Fabric that has been cut, stitched, printed, dyed or otherwise processed by the buyer cannot be returned.
- Goods must be kept in their original condition and packing until our team has inspected the complaint.
2. When We Accept Returns
- Manufacturing defects confirmed by our quality team.
- Goods that do not match the confirmed order or approved sample, beyond normal industry tolerances for shade, GSM and width.
- Short supply or wrong article dispatched.
3. When Returns Are Not Accepted
- Custom, made-to-order or specially dyed/developed fabrics that match the approved specification.
- Job-work, printing (DTF/sublimation) and cut-to-pack orders completed as per the approved design or tech pack.
- Minor variations within accepted textile tolerances, or change of mind after dispatch.
- Complaints reported after the 7-day window.
4. Resolution and Refunds
Once a complaint is verified, we will, at our option, replace the goods, issue a credit note against future orders, or refund the value of the affected goods. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 7 to 14 working days of approval. Freight charges are refunded only where the error was ours.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled without charge before yarn procurement or production begins. After production starts, the advance paid may be adjusted against costs already incurred.
