For more than 40 years, our founders have worked in apparel and fabrics, building and running ventures like JMD Knits and Sark Exports. Along the way they learned what brands really need from a fabric partner: consistent quality, honest timelines and a team that picks up the phone.

Our Own Knitting Unit
In 2022, inspired by the Make in India vision, that experience became Sark Fabrics Pvt. Ltd.: our own knitted fabric manufacturing unit with modern machinery and strict quality-control methods.
Today we are a GOTS organic approved unit operating from Ludhiana and Faridabad, supplying fabrics, garments, job work and printing to apparel brands, exporters and manufacturers.
